Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus Albacares) migrates from one place to another. Its habitat is the Tropical and Ecuatorial seas and because of the abundance of the species is the fish most often used in preserves. Yellowfin tuna is similar to the White Tuna (Albacore) but more yellowish.
The White Tuna (Albacore) is prepared and packaged in a meticulous and handmade manner, after Serrats has selected the best fishes. It is a result of five generations of expertise and experience that our preserves taste and look so good.
A fried Yellowfin Tuna loin is covered with unique pickled sauce, which is put into the can and is done through frying. An old recipe that incorporates vinegar as an essential ingredient as well as a "unique" touch, adding an exclusive flavour to White Tuna (Albacore).
