Striploin Chain Off or Bife de Chorizo is a cut of beef from the primal loin or subprimal sirloin. The Augustus’ beef is grain and grass-fed beef and gives a very tender flesh and a flavoured meat. It has an exceptional flavour and is appreciated for its good intramuscular marbling. It is great grilled at high temperatures or in chunks for roasting.
