Bomé has been created by Odorizio Bomé in a small butcher shop, mostly selling bulk meat, back in the days. Then, their sons Silverdo, Nora, and Dario started to produce exceptional quality of speck, for which Bomé became famous for.
In the past years, the company has managed to obtain important certifications to ensure the quality of its products and also achieve entire control throughout the manufacturing process.
Bomé' success is based on unique cold cuts preparation, with fine ingredients and specific salting process. The italian company main products are speck, Trentino salted meat, smoked and stewed pancetta, speckotto, lard, fumatello, Nobile and cooked prosciutto.
