Vercelli’s veal burger comes from young cattle. The rack veal is the scotch fillet with the rib bones attached.
It is very flavoured and thanks to the seam of fat marbling, it enhances the taste and texture. The colour of the flesh of the veal burger is fairly pink, it’s high-quality meat, very tender with a strong flavour which makes it a great choice for burgers.
