Striploin Chain Off or Bife de Chorizo is a cut of beef from the primal loin or subprimal sirloin. The Kettyle’s beef is dry-aged and has grown in the Irish pastures whilst being grass-fed. Striploin is a lean cut, very tender. It has an exceptional flavour and is appreciated for its good intramuscular marbling.
It is great grilled at high temperatures or in chunks for roasting. Kettyle has its own Green Track standard to guarantee traceability and healthy cattles.
