Lemon From Nice Olive Oil

A freshener for any type of gourmet salad: mixed, poultry, or taboulé. It is also excellent for marinating raw fish, cooking lemon chicken, making tajines, and baking fish. Vinegar infused with passion fruit, basil, and sherry complement this oil well.

The commune of Menton has just received a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) for its famous lemons. Situated on the côte d'Azur, the local micro-climate is perfect for growing lemons, a practice that began on the Garavan bay in the mid-15th century. We use the zest of local lemons to produce this delicate, fruity, and lightly bitter oil.
