The Gariguette is a very popular early strawberry variety. Created in the 1970s by crossing the Belrubi and Favette varieties by researchers at the INRA in Avignon, it quickly conquered the whole world thanks to its particularly fragrant, juicy and tart flesh. Red-orange in colour, the Gariguette has an elongated shape and is available from March to mid-June.
