Chilean cherries are a variety of cherries named prunus cerasus, they are stone fruits. Cherries from Chile are very generous, plump and firm.

Chilean cherries are dark glossy red, almost black, they lack acidity and offer a sweet, soft, juicy taste. They are incredible when raw or cooked.The peak season is from the end of November to the end of December.
