An extra virgin olive oil made from Taggiasche olives, located in a favorable and sunny position. It is a very rare oil, produced only when the olives in the upper part ripen late, until April and May. Its low level of acidity and high content of polyphenols make this oil a unique and high quality product. It is sweet, round and suitable to be the last ingredient in your recipes, enhancing them with its delicate scent. It is a real solo.
