Piccolo Fiore di Buffalo is covered by the white velvety mold of Penicillium Candidum has an ivory white paste marked by the dark filling given by the black truffle. A creamy and full texture on the palate, with the presence of small pieces of truffle. The taste is sweet, pleasant, and long & has hints of wet grass after taste. It is pleasantly musty, with a distinctive note of the buffalo milk and black truffle.

Piccolo Fiore di Buffalo is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind made from 100% buffalo milk, cut in half, and stuffed with black summer truffle. The truffle used comes from Acqualagna, in the Marches, a region famous in Italy famous for the high quality of its truffles.
