Coulommiers

Coulommiers is an appetizing cheese made from raw cow's milk. It has a white, bloomy rind with light brown veins. Its robust Brie aroma has a pronounced terroir taste and flavors that are both fruity and rustic.

Coulommiers is very carefully prepared in the traditional way. A ladle is used to mold the cheese and it is left to mature slowly for 4 weeks in a temperature-controlled cellar.

They are best enjoyed at the end of a meal, with a slice of cereal bread.
