Emmental Grand Cru has been certified with the Label Rouge and the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP). Its handcrafted process, free of additives and colorants, brings a taste that recalls the flavors of olden times and gives a gastronomic touch to all recipes.
This cheese has an attractive and firm yellow texture with some holes known as "eyes". Its tasting notes are not only fruity, roasted but also floral aromas. The artisans take care to offer a superior taste quality of the Label Rouge product, which is why regular tests are carried out.
Emmental Grand Cru can be enjoyed on cheese boards, diced, and is surprisingly ideal for salads.
