La Laiterie Les Fayes provides a white cheese with 7.9% fat content, which is produced using milk collected from Limousin breeders. The cream from France has been pasteurized and contains lactic ferments. It is free from any additives and preservatives. This cheese has been awarded a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in both 2020 and 2022 and can be enjoyed alone or with other foods. The cheese is packaged in a pocket format, which provides hygienic closure and allows you to easily measure the remaining level for your recipes. This format also helps to enhance conservation and reduce waste.
