With its white color, its greenish streaks, and its unmistakable flavor, Gorgonzola Dolce is the “green” table cheese known all over the world.


Born around the year 1000 in the province of Milan – Gorgonzola, from whom he inherited the name – it is still produced with pasteurized milk from a single milking with the addition of enzymes and selected moulds for marbling. Gorgonzola Dolce is aged for about 60 days at 4-6 ° C.

Molds of Bontàzola are handled with care by expert cheesemakers who follow carefully the entire production process ensuring the high quality of product from Mauri that has soft and inimitable taste.
