How long does delivery take?
- All orders placed on the website before 5pm are available for delivery to our customers the following day.
- The deliveries are handled by our reliable, well-trained and dedicated employees, who take the appropriate precautionary measures to ensure the safety and hygiene. They also ensure to serve the products by keeping them at the right temperature while traveling.
What is our delivery process?
We have a highly committed and well-trained team at Classic Fine Foods that thoroughly handles each order, considering individual preferences. For all products, the desired temperature control is maintained to ensure the quality of the items. For instance, fresh whole fish are packaged and delivered in dry ice, and, depending on the product, our team prioritizes the delivery.
Which emirates do we deliver to?
We are delivering to all the Emirates such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain.
Do we have specific delivery schedules for each Emirate?
Yes, we have specific days to deliver for particular emirates as follows:
- Al Ain: Delivery on Tuesdays only.
- Sharjah: Delivery only on Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
- Ajman: Delivery only on Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
- Fujairah: Delivery only on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday.
- Ras Al Khaimah: Delivery on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Is there is a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order is 300 AED with free shipment.
What does “Pre-order” mean?
All orders placed from Sunday to Wednesday will be on the following Sunday delivery. All orders from Thursday to Saturday will be on the following Thursday delivery.

Who confirms the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?
- Our knowledgeable customer service team will be more than pleased to help you with any questions you may have and to provide you with delivery times.
- For our out of stock items, our customer service will inform you for the estimated time arrival of products (ETA).

Charges by weight
In the case of products such as seafood, fruits, and vegetables, we only invoice clients for the specific weight of the product. We will contact you for these products and provide you with the exact weights and charges.
Why product image on website and actual product varies?
Yes, all our product images are reliable, however, the images are for illustration purposes only. Upon delivery, the actual appearance of the product might be different due to several reasons such as export conditions, actual shape and size of fruits & veggies or meat marbling…
How to pay for my order?
All our customers can pay by cash, card or a secure payment link.
Returns & Refunds
Will I get a refund or a replacement on my orders?
We regret to inform you that there is no refund policy. A replacement for some products is also an option, but it is subject to a few conditions.
To ensure that we provide our clients with the freshness and preserve the quality of food products, we provide them with good packaging such as thermocoal boxes for chilled items, and delivery on food graded pallets.
