Blinis have their origin in the Russian culinary tradition. They are small, thick, soft pancakes without sugar, made from wheat and/or buckwheat flour.
Their recipe combines noble ingredients: fresh whole milk, fresh whole eggs, without preservatives or additives.
Blinis are light in the mouth and are offered with different recipes: plain, with a delicate taste of butter, or with more pronounced flavors. After defrosting, it is not necessary to reheat them, they keep (even cold) their softness and their greedy taste. With a proposed diameter between 6 and 14 cm, they can be adapted to all your creations. Produced in France with qualitative ingredients, without palm oil, neither preservative, our buckwheat blinis have an excellent texture (individually frozen) and will bring originality on the buffets.
