Chocolates from Peru: Notes of cinnamon, star anise, caramel and tonka bean with a wide aromatic amber palette reminiscent of old cognacs or whiskeys. Peru and more precisely the region of San Martin, the agricultural cooperative with they work brings together more than 500 farmers who grow coffee, sugar cane and cocoa respecting the surrounding nature. As part of their organic and fair-trade certification since 2015, the cooperative finances the provision of scientific advice to cocoa farmers to constantly improve their harvests Trinitario varieties and improve their terroir.
